The University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism is now accepting applications for The Pollack Group‘s (TPG) Noemi Pollack Scholarship for the 2021/2022 academic year. It annually awards a partial tuition scholarship to an undergraduate student pursuing a major or minor in public relations.

Thirty-six years ago, Noemi Pollack founded TPG based on a vision for a new kind of agency that embraces a no-nonsense, straightforward approach and nurtures long-lasting, meaningful relationships. The agency has grown into a full-service creative, digital, marketing and public relations agency that bolsters opportunities for fresh ideas and inventive strategies, staying true to its founding vision.

Upholding Noemi’s dedication to educating the next generation of future PR professionals, The Pollack Group established the Noemi Pollack Scholarship to support a student studying Public Relations at USC Annenberg. The scholarship aims to support the recipients’ academic and professional goals within, and beyond, the walls of Annenberg. Previous Noemi Pollack Scholarship recipients include Amanda Brunak and ZaZu Lippert, who continue to flourish in their academic and professional careers today.

“Being able to help provide for students in the public relations field, is something we are truly proud of as an agency,” said Noemi Pollack, founder CEO of The Pollack Group. “There is nothing more gratifying than seeing students thrive in the pursuit of their academic and professional endeavors and know that our scholarship helps support this.”

The merit-based tuition scholarship is awarded on an academic year basis to a student who will actively participate in the USC Annenberg Center for Public Relations’ important research and operations. Applicants must be undergraduate students pursuing a major or minor in public relations at USC Annenberg in 2021-2022 with a 3.0 GPA or above. The application deadline is March 31, 2021.

The Pollack Group created the Noemi Pollack Scholarship in honor of its CEO and founder and to mark the agency’s 35th anniversary in March 2020.
