Jacob Freedman

Content & Social Media Director

Jacob oversees social media, content, and digital marketing campaigns for a variety of clients, from sports to hospitality to agriculture brands and organizations. His responsibilities also include collaborating with the agency’s teams to develop visual concepts, creative content and assets to be used on social media and digital platforms, email marketing, websites, and other communications. He also oversees social media postings, analytics reporting, and social listening for clients and The Pollack Group, while constantly identifying evolving social and content trends.

Jacob also plays an integral role in supporting The Pollack Group’s business development marketing campaigns, including content creation, lead generation, paid social media, and other digital outreach efforts.

Before joining the agency, he served as Digital Media Coordinator at the LA84 Foundation, a dual Olympic history, and youth sports nonprofit organization, where he managed digital media and public relations. He also worked in digital content programming for NFL Digital Media, managing and optimizing website content on the league’s desktop and mobile platforms, which received millions of unique visitors every day.

Offline, Jacob is a die-hard fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Portland Trail Blazers. He also enjoys hiking and eating his way across Los Angeles. A native of the Pacific Northwest he can personally attest that the show, Portlandia, is not exactly an accurate portrayal of his hometown.

Jacob graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Print and Digital Journalism. He resides in Culver City, CA.
