For more than 20 years, our agency has been an active partner in The Worldcom Public Relations Group (Worldcom). We originally joined Worldcom as a way of helping our clients grow internationally, serving them anywhere they went or did business. Over the last two decades, Worldcom still offers our agency an international PR capability of serving our clients, but also so much more… 

More specifically, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA regions, the relationships and friendships we have formed with our partners around the globe, have literally provided a shoulder upon which to lean. Partners have offered each other access to a forum of idea exchanges and expertise which go far beyond helping our agency’s clients. During the coronavirus pandemic, Worldcom has played an essential role in managing our responses across a wide range of business operations and important functions, including finances, operations, leadership, employee relations and, of course, our agency’s client relations and needs.

Over our more than two decades in Worldcom, the partnership has always proven its value, but it has never been more valuable than now. No question goes unanswered, no issue we have faced has been insurmountable, and all situations that have arisen, often critical, have been solved in collaboration with our public relations partners. We have discussed the most minute details, the trivial and the complex — all sound-boarded with raw emotion and compassion, together. We have been able to benchmark national, regional, and global industry trends and discussed how our agency has responded to a multitude of issues facing agencies and their clients. We have shared and collaborated on solutions, approaches and insights and tools to help manage and navigate the ever changing and evolving business environment. 

The impact of our global partnership is deep and has always been a cornerstone of how we do business. Additionally, it has given us a worldwide competitive advantage for our agency and clients. But in these unpredictable times, the power of our partnership and its resulting friendships, have been simply invaluable. 

As I often say on social media, #WorldcomStrong, but of late, it has been truly the reverse, because it is Worldcom that has made #PollackStrong.
