Skittles ditches the rainbow to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community for Pride Month – CNN

Skittles is no longer experiencing the rainbow. To celebrate Pride Month, Skittles is going colorless with its product and packaging, announcing “only #OneRainbow matters.” CVS and select Walmart stores will be selling gray limited-edition “Pride Pack” candy bags until the end of June. For every pack of gray skittles sold, $1 will be donated to the LGBTQ+ advocacy group GLAAD for up to $100,000.

Crayola finally has woke crayons with new Colors of the World line – Fast Company

Art supply company, Crayola, has collaborated with Victor Casale, a renowned makeup chemist, to create an all-new line of crayons. The collection is called Colors of the World, which has 24 new specially formulated crayons to bring to life a wider range of realistic skin tones. Colors of the World is designed to “mirror and represent over 40 global skin tones across the world.”

Facebook’s latest TikTok-inspired app is a music-making platform called Collab – The Verge

Facebook launched a new app this week called Collab. The new product resembles a TikTok-style in which videos will be posted to the Collab feed, where any other user can take it and use it to create a video of their own. Collab’s main feature lets users create short-form videos, which are split into three simultaneous sources, so you or you and friends can collaborate to perform a single song and stitch the three different parts together.
