Barco knows that a white coat is more than just a uniform for health care professionals, and the significance of joining the ranks of the medical community is no less important even amidst the ongoing pandemic. To celebrate the incoming class of medical students entering the front lines of health care, Barco partnered with financial services provider, Laurel Road, to create a congratulatory video celebrating white coat recipients. 
 
In the video, Barco Brigade members and Laurel Road ambassadors discussed the importance of the white coat and urged new medical professionals to ”Remember Your Why” while wearing specially embroidered Barco Uniforms lab coats. The video was distributed with a press release announcing the partnership.

Barco and Laurel Road then sponsored a lab coat giveaway, hosted on Laurel Road’s Instagram account, to increase awareness of their respective brands to a targeted audience. The companies urged their social media followers to enter to win a Barco lab coat and Laurel Road notebook by liking the post, commenting with their favorite memory from medical school and/or why they became a doctor, and tagging two additional health care professional friends to encourage additional engagement. 
 
The partnership resulted in a highly successful campaign that targeted the exact audience both companies wanted to reach, creating high-quality digital content and generating impressive engagement statistics.
