The iconic Fearless Girl statue has a new home at NYSE – Fast Company

The Fearless Girl statue is no longer facing the iconic Charging Bull statue. The bronze statue will now stand in front of the New York Stock Exchange building on Wall Street in New York City, where she was originally installed opposite of the Charging Bull in celebration of 2017’s International Women’s Day.

The Arctic is in even worse shape than you realize – The Washington Post

Over the past 30 years, the Arctic Ocean has lost 95 percent of its oldest and thickest ice. According to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, findings indicate that the sea at the top of the world has morphed into a new and very different state — implicating major changes for creatures like walruses and polar bears and, in the long run, the pace of global warming itself.
