POSITION: Service
Coordinator (with well established National
organization)
Actively recruiting for a Service
Coordinator to join our client's dynamic
team!
Reporting to the Manager of Ontario
operations, the successful candidate
will be supervising all service activities,
installation operations and performance
management for the company throughout
Ontario.
The Service Coordinator is primarily
responsible for service quality control,
ensuring that all employees are trained
and following all company service
policies. Additional duties include
installation invoice processing (meeting
contracted agreements) and Protection
Plan remuneration and invoicing, managing
and maintaining equipment inventory,
warranty and central purchasing while
maintaining open communication with
dispatch and delivery departments
as well as processing accounts payable
for Ontario operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation
skills
- Knowledge of service invoice processes,
Protection plan agreements.
- Knowledge of heating equipment,
central purchasing and inventory tracking
- Experience with Access, Infosys
and advanced knowledge of Excel.

SALARY:
45K - 55K, based on experience plus
full benefits, 3 weeks holidays and
pension plan.
