CLIENT REQUIREMENT
CLIENT PROFILE: Transportation
Industry
POSITION: Inside Sales
Looking for Insides Sales? Or perhaps
looking for entry level position that
acts as training ground to Outside
Sales?
Supporting Outside Sales within assigned
territory - the Inside Sales Representative
will be responsible for:
- Maintain ongoing contacts with the
customer key decision-makers along
with internal contacts throughout
the various departments and divisions.
- Using a furnished list of contacts
and following an established sales
script, contact existing customers
to solicit additional sales of products
and services.
- Provide post sales support to customer
base through e-mail, voice and written
communication.
- Assesses and analyze each customer's
shipping needs.
- Increase revenue in the assigned
customer base/territory.
- Decrease the customer churn in the
assigned customer base/territory
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Services/
Inside Sales experience
- Strong communication skills, oral
and written
- Good presentation skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
and ability to gather complete information
from limited customer contacts.
- Strong customer loyalty focus and
ability to build and maintain a trusting
customer relationship
- Highly energetic, pro-active approach
to problem solving
- Strong computer skills, specifically
Word & Excel
Bilingualism, an asset

Base of 40-45K plus bonus targets;
