CLIENT PROFILE: ESTABLISHED NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
(CLIENT WOULD LIKE TO INTERVIEW THIS WEDNESDAY!)

Looking to continue your career in Human Resources? Very interesting opportunity exists within Non Profit organization for the HR Professional to support busy organization in all aspects of Human Resources. If you have 3- 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in non profit and/or in a unionized environment with strong knowledge of labour laws, employment laws and human rights legislation, then we need to hear from you ASAP.

Working closely with the Executive Director, as the HR Generalist your responsibilities will range from development and maintenance of job descriptions (union & non unionized), development of recruitment strategies, internal / external job postings, drafting letters of employment, ensure proper Health & Safety policies and procedures, reporting of reports and statistics, employee orientation, development and implementation of training programs etc.

SALARY:

Depending upon experience 50-55K plus excellent benefit package.
