POSITION: Executive Assistant to President & CEO

Are you a senior level Executive Assistant accustomed to supporting and facilitating a high volume of activities for the busy Executives?

This is a very exciting opportunity to join high profile organization as an Executive Assistant responsible to support the President and CEO.

Under the direction of the President and CEO, this position is responsible for the overall coordination of the CEO's calendar, correspondence and general office administration. This position works closely with the Executive team and their Executive Assistants in the delivery of highly professional administrative support. On-going interaction with the Executive team communicating on the behalf of the President and CEO; for the purpose of coordinating all activities related to priorities set by the President and CEO. Key responsibilities and accountabilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, communications, coordination of deliverables, preparation of presentations (some cases include first draft of documents, Board and Executive Council liaison and document control and administrative staffing management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Post secondary diploma/degree in business or related field of experience
- 10+ years of business experience or equivalent relevant experience in working directly with executives in an administrative support role.
- Proven track record in working with a high level executive providing administrative support
- Excellent verbal and written communications, very effective in communicating both detail and nuances in the information exchange
- Strong self management capability
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task on several projects/activities at a time
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently as well as a strong teamwork mindset
- Flexibility and open to change
- Expert level of Microsoft Office tools
- French language skills is an asset
- No travel is expected in this role
