POSITION: Chief Communication & Information Officer

Are you a senior level Executive with a high level of experience in both Communications and Information Systems? The Pollack Group is currently searching for a unique combination of expertise!

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position play a vital role in the developing, implementing and integrating of all communication plans (internal & external) using information technology mediums to execute in the following areas - strategic development and implementation, develop/apply communications strategies to leverage current/future internal business as well market and promoting a positive image externally to media, members and the public. Equally important, this position requires a strong background in Information Technology to direct & prepare all business case analyses related to technology options in conjunction with communication plan and implement all information technology strategies.

Utilizing exceptional leadership and management skills, the Chief Communication and Information Officer will manage communications staff and information technology specialists; leading/ maximizing performance and productivity in both departments in a collaborative work environment through mentorship and coaching while also effectively implementing human resource policies and program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum five to eight years' combined experience in the field of information technology and communications as a Senior Manager.
- Thorough knowledge of communications and public relations principles, methods, techniques and tools, as well as the ability to manage an innovative comprehensive communications program. A thorough knowledge of information technology strategies and approaches and the ability to lead in the development and implementation of information systems processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively at a management level and to provide guidance and advice on issues in a timely manner.
- A strategic thinker and must be able to make decisions and solve problems with varying levels of complexity and ambiguity, as well as possessing excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Bilingualism - French and English is preferred.

SALARY:

104K - 140K plus an attractive benefit plan and pension plan.
