Bilingual Member Information & Front Desk Receptionist

Our well known client is seeking a Member Information Representative and Executive Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be creative, talented and a motivated individual, who has the drive to succeed and contribute to the team.

A central location close to major bus routes and offers free parking. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Benefit package & 2 weeks vacation.

Ideal for the individual looking to re-enter the work force or ready to downsize their career.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for front desk reception including updating information for company binder

• Respond to incoming and outgoing communications to members.

• Where answers are unknown; take messages, search answers and respond to caller.

• Update memberships and input into database

• Report all applicable member issues to the Manager, Training Staff and Member services

• Review website for accuracy on a weekly basis

• Reply to e-mails in both official languages

• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Secondary School Graduation Diploma

• Fluently bilingual in English and French with excellent written and oral communication

• Minimum of two years reception work experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Salary 28-30K
