EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR Jan 24, 2012 EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR (Licensed Mechanic preferred) CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT Well established Client with offices through out Ontario and Quebec requires a bilingual Coordinator to service small to mid size equipment for their Gatineau office. This position is ideal for a Mechanic with exceptional client service abilities and able to communication in French and English. Related experience in equipment rental is a bonus! Responsibilities include: Proceed with opening, closing of rental agreements Managing and coordinating equipment work orders Coordinating and scheduling appropriate delivery/pick up of Rental equipment Client services – responding to all rental enquiries and necessary follow up to ensure client satisfaction Prepare quotations and other material resources as required Regular communication with other department to ensure maximum efficiencies of the business are being met Other related duties within Rental side of the business Qualifications: Post Secondary Education in a mechanical field combined with 2-5 years expertise in related customer service or sales environment Fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken Strong organizational skills, planning and follow up skills Ability to work well under pressure combined with analytical, judgment and problem solving skills. Salary: 45-55K based upon experience, with excellent benefit package.
