Customer Service/ Inside Sales

Leading Canadian distributor headquartered in the Kanata area is looking for a bilingual Customer Service / Inside Sales position dedicated to working closely with their National Sales Team in supporting existing clientele and new business development. As this position will interacts with clients on a National level, the ability to professionally communication in French is a must.

If you are bilingual with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy client interaction, as well experienced in client services, sales and/or retail, this could be an excellent entry level career opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

• Thorough, attentive and results oriented.

• Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with Customers and Management in both English and French.

• Possess courteous telephone manner and communication skills.

• Process incoming phone calls / emails / internet requests and orders.

• Support sales people with requests for samples, literature, quotes and other requests.

• Expedite orders and quotations.

• Provide follow up on pre-generated sales leads to sales team.

• Source and qualifying new sales leads and opportunities.

• Maintain a positive attitude.

Due to the location a car is required. No bus service.

Salary: 29K plus group benefits, 2 weeks holidays
