SPSS would be an asset QUALIFICATIONS: To collaborate with Management team in analyzing the services ad giving recommendations to improve the functioning of the organization - understand the methodology, tools and concepts related to quality control/management - ability to analyze situations, take the most important parts and put together a plan of action and objectives - ability to communicate information in a transparent way, being discrete and diplomatic regarding sensitive issues - experience in managing and supporting a quality control team - ability to negotiate and mediate between groups and individuals - Develop tools that could be used to evaluate client satisfaction - Manage procedures that are linked to service complaints and incidents - Develop new standards and quality indicators I order to better serve the community - On going analysis of internal services Ideal candidate must be fluently bilingual, extremely discreet, able to work under pressure and adaptable to constant change.
